Meet David Pefka
David D. Pefka obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1984. He then went on to obtain his law degree from the the University of Miami School of Law in 1987.
He became a member of the Florida Bar that same year. Mr. Pefka was admitted to the Federal Bar (U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida) in 1989, as well as the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in 1990.
Mr. Pefka practiced with a leading insurance defense firm, whose clients included State Farm, Allstate and Nationwide. Mr. Pefka then joined Young, Brooks & Pefka, P.A. in 1990.
David opened his own practice in 2011; fighting for injury victims and their families.
